For definitive gemstone identification, authenticity verification, treatment detection, geographic origin determination, grading, or valuation, gemstones should be examined by qualified gemologists using professional gemological instruments and, when appropriate, submitted to an accredited gemological laboratory.

Certain features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• All activity occurring under your account.
• Keeping your account information accurate and current.

norbu.ai, its software, AI models, trademarks, logos, educational content, graphics, user interfaces, and related intellectual property are owned by the applicable norbu.ai legal entity and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

norbu.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-generated results will always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, norbu.ai, any future norbu.ai legal entity, and their employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated identifications.
• Financial or purchasing decisions based on AI-generated results.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Actions or services provided by third parties.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless norbu.ai, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
